Ballistic Intent Pre-Workout Suggested Use

Recommended use: As a dietary supplement consume 1 serving (1 scoop) 15 to 20 minutes before your workout. Mix with 200-300ml of water. Do not exceed 1 or 2 servings within a 24 hour period. Do not use at bed time.

Kre-Alkalyn Creatine Suggested Use

Recommended use: Take 2 vege-capules daily. Drink plenty of water during the day. On gym days, take 30m before workout. If you are a heavier bodybuilder you can increase the dosage to 3 or 4 capsules.

SFN-AAKG Blend Suggested Use
